For the third consecutive year, the City of Bergen will repeat the success of One Ocean Week from April 5 – 11, 2025, in Bergen. One Ocean Week unites globally renowned ocean experts and decision-makers from across the globe to address pressing ocean affairs. The purpose is to create awareness and share knowledge about the ocean's important role in sustainable development from a global perspective.

Almost 200 events over 7 days, and thousands of visitors, took One Ocean Week to new heights in its 2nd edition.
